Recognizing and
responding to both crime trends and evolving methods
of criminal activity is an important task of the
Office. Both research and analysis of criminal
issues is routinely conducted and results in the
development of innovative responses and
programming. Under the leadership of Sheriff
Manning, many teams and programs have been
implemented that directly address community safety
and crime prevention.
